In this post, we review the technical development of our first release (Sprint 1). We’ll tell you how we integrated our classifiers into both the user interface and the chatbots themselves. In addition, a key innovation is that documents can now be managed using tags.
The Value of Integrating Our Classifiers
During this sprint, the classifiers developed in Sprint 1 were integrated directly into the user interface and logic of the conversational agents. The goal of this integration is to enable automatic and efficient data training and categorization, increasing the potential of the chatbots that use them.
From the classifier screen, you can train and use different types of models.
In addition, this functionality is integrated into chatbots so that models can be trained and classified on different data sets.
We added tag management
Another core feature introduced was the ability to manage documents using tags, which allows for better organization of content on the platform. Tags are labels that can be assigned to documents, allowing them to be grouped by topic, process, team, or any other criteria relevant to the user.
This feature allows for more flexible management of different types of documents, streamlining the creation of specialized chatbots.
Tags can be assigned to documents from the document screen.
Then, a set of documents associated with a tag can be assigned using the Attachments w/Tags option.
